The Shift Experience is a digital guided audio experience for couples, together with supporting digital materials.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.
Digital Delivery
After purchase, your files will be delivered digitally through Fourthwall by email and/or download access.
Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout.
If you do not receive your download email or have trouble accessing your files, contact us at:

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the digital product you purchased.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments, checkout, taxes, payment processing, currency conversion, fraud prevention, order processing, digital delivery, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and certain order-related support may be handled by Fourthwall as our Merchant of Record and checkout provider.
Fourthwall’s own terms, privacy policy, buyer terms, payment policies, refund processes, dispute processes, and order-related policies may also apply to your purchase.
Applicable taxes, VAT, or sales tax may be calculated, collected, reported, and handled by Fourthwall according to your location and applicable legal requirements.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy for The Shift Experience.

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where there is evidence of unauthorized distribution, resale, public sharing, commercial use, misuse of the product or materials, or other violation of these Terms.
If approved, refunds may be processed by Fourthwall, our Merchant of Record and checkout provider, according to Fourthwall’s refund process, payment policies, processing timelines, and applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Personal Use License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the materials for private use only.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, reproduce, modify, publicly share, or commercially exploit any part of The Shift Experience without written permission.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, redistribution, or public posting of the product or its materials is strictly prohibited.
