What do I receive after purchase?

After purchasing The Shift Experience, you receive digital access to the included materials.

Your purchase may include:

No physical product will be shipped.

How will I receive the files?

Your files will be delivered digitally through Fourthwall by email and/or download access after purchase.

Please make sure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

What should I do if I do not receive the download email?

First, check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.

If you still cannot find the email, contact us at:

Can I use The Shift Experience alone?

Yes. The Start Here Guide includes instructions for using The Shift as a couple, as well as guidance for individual use if one partner wants to begin the process alone.

Is this a physical product?

No. The Shift Experience is a digital product. Nothing will be shipped to you.

What is our refund policy?

We offer a 14-day refund policy for The Shift Experience.

If The Shift Experience does not feel right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at:

Please include the email address used for your order and any relevant order details so we can review your request.

Because The Shift Experience is a digital product with access provided after purchase, we reserve the right to review refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate purchases, unauthorized sharing, excessive refund requests, chargebacks, misuse, or violation of our Personal Use License.

Refunds are not guaranteed in cases where there is evidence of unauthorized distribution, resale, public sharing, commercial use, misuse of the product or materials, or other violation of our Terms.

If approved, refunds may be processed by Fourthwall, our Merchant of Record and checkout provider, according to Fourthwall’s refund process, payment policies, processing timelines, and applicable legal requirements.

Can I share the files with someone else?

No. Your purchase is for personal private use only.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, publicly share, or commercially exploit any part of The Shift Experience without written permission.

Who handles checkout and order processing?

Payments, checkout, taxes, payment processing, currency conversion, fraud prevention, order processing, digital delivery, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and certain order-related support may be handled by Fourthwall as our Merchant of Record and checkout provider.

Fourthwall’s own terms, privacy policy, buyer terms, payment policies, refund processes, dispute processes, and order-related policies may also apply to your purchase.
